Meg Pauken draws on over 20 years of experience as a lawyer to provide wise and compassionate advice, unique to each client’s personal and family situation. She helps when a spouse or elderly family member is facing admission to a nursing home or long-term care facility and guides clients through the often confusing world of Medicaid eligibility and asset preservation. In addition, she helps clients plan for the preservation and distribution of their assets, often through the use of trusts.
