This event is designed to educate and teach women life saving tips and techniques to promote safety and self-defense. And while we hope women never need to use self-defense skills, this session will help women feel educated and empowered if they are in a compromising situation. There are no boundaries in being safe - being in the city or suburbia - it is important to be prepared!
PLEASE WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES as attendees will be participating in skills.

Instructor: Sensei Reggie Brown, Owner, Twinsburg Karate Institute
Hosted by T.W.I.N., a program of the Twinsburg Chamber of Commerce, the mission of the group is to create an environment that helps nurture, develop, and educate the business women of Twinsburg.
The event is open to all Chamber members.
