Lisa Houston is an Industrial Safety Consultant specialist with BWC. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in risk management and insurance from the Ohio State University. She performs safety consultative services for a wide range of industries, and for topics including safety management, leadership development, cultural change, onsite visits, safety training, and safety program review.
This course is designed to explain the accident analysis process and to provide an organized
approach for identifying and correcting hazards. Attendees will learn about the basic
elements of a written accident analysis program, the primary causal factors of accidents, and
action steps that can be taken to analyze accidents.

Completion of this webinar also qualifies for a variety of BWC discount program credits based on employer participation, specifically the Drug-Free Safety Program accident analysis training requirement.
