Name:American Veterans Traveling Tribute Cost of Freedom Exhibit
Date:July 1, 2015 - July 5, 2015
Event Description:
The Cost of Freedom Tribute is a great, one of a kind outdoor tribute, depicting Honor Respect and Remembrance of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country. All conflicts the United States of America has been involved in are represented. Paying respect to veterans, active duty military, police officers, and firefighters; anyone whose daily job is to put themselves in harm’s way, to protect and defend our way of life, in locations around the world or here on the home front. It creates a great forum for communities to raise local awareness and the chance to host an event that can raise funds that stay in your community to help local causes. We are committed to helping our nation’s heroes, one community at a time.
The Twinsburg VFW Post 4929 will be presenting the Cost of Freedom Tribute event July 1-5, 2015. We are fortunate to bring this true depiction of the great sacrifices made throughout the history of our country to Twinsburg and all of Northeast Ohio. The City of Twinsburg, Twinsburg Township, the Village of Reminderville and Twinsburg City Schools have already expressed their support of this very worthwhile project.
The Cost of Freedom Tribute is a one of a kind outdoor tribute depicting honor, respect and remembrance of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country. The mission of the traveling tribute is to create a forum for communities to come together for all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for their country and to educate all to the cost of freedom. The AVTT, or American Veterans Traveling Tribute, travels the USA bringing this traveling tribute to as many communities as possible. The Twinsburg VFW applied for this great honor and was approved for the Fourth of July weekend this year. For more information, please click here!
